MUA Beauty & Pilates Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-care, beauty, and intimate-use products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the item.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or defective.

Please contact us before returning an item. Do not send products directly back to the manufacturer or supplier unless instructed to do so.
